No, WhatsApp Business API isn't Free. Only Procurement of WhatsApp Business API is free. But, you'd need to pay WhatsApp Conversation charges for Business & User Initiated Conversations

What constitutes a WhatsApp Conversation?

A WhatsApp Conversation is a 24-hour messaging window initiated between a business and a user or vice versa.

How is a conversation charged?

A single conversation session charge is levied when a conversation is initiated by a user or business on a 24 hour basis. Businesses and users can exchange any number of messages, including template messages, within a 24 hour conversation session without incurring additional charges.

Can I use a WhatsApp App (Normal/Business) along with my WhatsApp Business API registered number?

No, you can’t! The number which is active on WhatsApp Business API can’t be registered on WhatsApp Apps.

How long does it take to integrate per business?

Business integrations can take between 10- 15 working days from the time of contract signing.

What are the requirements to integrate this solution?

We would require:
  • Access to the business Facebook page
  • Access to a dedicated phone number
  • Business Trade license (for payment gateway setup)
  • Brand Guidelines and logos (If available)
  • Menu items and imagery along with pricing
  • Merchant bank account details for online payment integration

How does the subscription payment work?

The recurring amount is charged at the start of every month, Additional fees for conversations will be charged at the end of every month.

How does whatsapp user payment settlement work?

User initiated payments through the chatbot will be settled directly from Stripe to the merchants bank account within 5 working days. (This is applicable if the merchant chooses stripe as the payment gateway service provider)

Can you integrate language support?

Yes, we currently offer Arabic language support for a nominal fee. Additional languages can be provided on request.

Can you integrate in person support?

Yes, we can integrate in-person support on top of the base plan for a nominal fee Per month.
